Apple's App Store rules now more explicitly ban so-called "nudify" apps that generate intimate images of people without their consent using AI tools. The rule changes follow significant criticism toward Apple after X users used Grok earlier this year to make nonconsensual, sexualized deepfakes, including minors. Apple didn't pull X or Grok from the App Store, though it told senators that it threatened to yank Grok. 법원에서 양육비 지급 명령을 포함한 이혼 결정이 확정된 후에도 법원의 사전 결정에 따른 부양료를 받고 있었다면 이를 상대방에게 돌려줘야 한다는 대법원 판단이 나왔다.17일 법조계에 따르면 대법원 1부(주심 신숙희 대법관)는 지난 1일 A씨가 이혼한 상대방인 B씨를 상대로 낸 부당이득금 청구 소송의 상고심에서 이런 취지로 원고 패소 부분 일부를 파기해 서울고법으로 돌려보냈다.A씨와 B씨는 2004년 11월 결혼해 두 자녀를 두고 있었는데 2016년 3월 쌍방에 이혼 소송을 냈다.B씨는 본안 1심이 진행되던 중 서울가정법원에 A씨를 상대로 ‘이혼소송이 확정되는 날까지 월 2800만원의 부양료를 달라’는 사전처분을 냈고, 2016년 12월 법원이 이를 일부 인용해 매달 1800만원을 지급하도록 했다.A씨는 이 결정에 불복해 항고 및 재항고했으나 대법원에서 기각됐고, 2020년 2월부터 2022년 6월까지 B씨에게 부양료 명목으로 매달 말 1800만원을 지급했다.부양료에는 일상적인

업무상 실수를 지적했다가 오히려 동료와 불편한 관계가 돼 답답함을 호소하는 한 직장인의 사연이 전해졌다. 지난 15일 한 온라인 커뮤니티에는 ‘지적 한마디에 삐치는 신입’이라는 제목의 글이 올라왔다. 직장 경력 2년 차라는 작성자 A씨는 최근 자신과 동갑인 신입사원이 입사하면서 겪은 일을 털어놨다.A씨에 따르면 근무 교대 때 작성하는 장비 점검표는 항목별로 확인 표시를 하고 서명까지 해야 하는 문서다. A씨는 신입사원에게 작성 방법을 알려줬지만, 다음 날 확인해 보니 서명만 남아 있고 점검 항목 상당수가 비어 있었다.A씨가 누락된 부분을 지적하자 신입사원은 표정이 굳은 채 대답했고, 이후 하루 동안 A씨에게 말을 걸지 않았다고 한다. 다른 선배들과는 웃으며 대화하다가 A씨가 휴게실에 들어서자 조용해지는 모습도 보였다고 전했다.문제는 비슷한 일이 다음 주에도 반복됐다는 것이다.
