술에 취한 여성을 집단 성폭행한 혐의로 20대 남성 3명이 재판에 넘겨졌다. 대구지방공소청 포항지청은 14일 성폭력처벌법 위반(특수준강간) 혐의로 20대 남성 3명을 구속 기소했다.친구 사이인 이들은 지난해 10월 여성 한 명과 술을 마시다가 만취하자 집으로 데려가 성폭행한 혐의를 받고 있다. 피해자는 남성 중 1명과 고교 동창으로 나머지 2명과는 처음 보는 사이었다. 피해자는 사건 당일 경찰에 신고했다. 신고를 받은 경찰은 1차 수사 후 특수준강간 혐의에 대해서는 증거불충분으로 불송치 결정하고, 1명의 준강제추행 혐의만 적용해 송치했다.하지만 포항지청은 피해자의 진술이 구체적인 반면 피의자들의 설명은 서로 맞지 않거나 불합리한 점이 있다고 판단했다. 일부 피의자의 휴대전화 확보와 목격자 재조사 등이 필요하다며 5∼6월 경찰에 재수사와 보완수사를 요구했다.이에 경찰은 보완수사 과정에서 압수수색 등 추가 수사를 진행했고 지난달 1일 3명을 특수준강간 혐의로 불구속 송치했다.이후 검사는
