SL Green CFO on Lower Manhattan's rebound after 9/11

Matt DiLiberto discussed the 25-year transformation of Lower Manhattan after Sept. 11, saying the area has been “reimagined” from a largely nine-to-five financial district into a vibrant neighborhood where people live, work, study, and visit. He said the central question after the attacks was not whether the area would be rebuilt, but how, how long it would take, who would do it, and what it would ultimately look like.
