연인이 직장 동료들과 외박했다는 이유로 흉기로 협박하고 수십 차례 전화를 하는 등 스토킹한 20대 남성이 징역형의 집행유예를 선고받았다. 춘천지법 형사1단독 정종건 부장판사는 특수협박, 재물손괴, 스토킹범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 법률 위반 혐의로 기소된 20대 남성에게 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년을 선고했다고 13일 밝혔다.아울러 이 남성에게 보호관찰과 함께 40시간의 스토킹 재범 예방 강의 수강 및 80시간의 사회봉사를 명령했다.남성은 지난해 7월 연인 관계이던 30대 여성과 다투던 중 주방에서 흉기를 가지고 와 ‘같이 죽자’며 협박한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다. 조사 결과 이 남성은 여성이 직장 동료들과 외박한 사실을 문제 삼아 범행한 것으로 드러났다. 이후에도 협박은 멈추지 않았다. 그는 2주 후에도 “외박했을 때 같이 놀았던 남자를 알아야겠다. 그 남자를 죽이고 감방에 가겠다”며 자해하는 장면을 보이기도 한 것으로 조사됐다. 해당 사건으로 남성은 경찰로부터 분리조치와 긴급응

대전교도소에서 실탄 100발이 분실됐다는 신고가 접수돼 법무부가 진상 조사에 나섰다. 13일 법무부는 최근 대전교도소 보안과 무기고에 보관된 9㎜ 실탄 100발이 사라졌다는 신고를 접수하고 조사에 착수했다.대전교도소는 최근 점검 과정에서 장부상에 기록된 실탄 보유량과 실제 보관 중인 실탄 수량이 일치하지 않는 사실을 확인한 것으로 전해졌다.다만 아직까지 실제 실탄이 분실된 것인지, 단순 기록 오류인 것인지는 확인되지 않은 상태다. 교정시설 내 실탄은 내부 보안 지침에 따라 무기고에 엄격하게 보관되며, 장부를 통해 수량이 관리된다.법무부는 교정본부 보안정책단장(고위공무원 나급·2급 상당)을 반장으로 10명 규모의 조사단을 편성, 급파해 진상 조사에 착수했다.법무부는 실탄 분실 과정과 시점 등을 확인하는 한편, 실탄의 외부 무단 반출 가능성부터 단순 장부 기록 오류까지 모든 가능성에 대해 확인할 계획이다. 법무부는 전국 교정시설에 대한 무기고 전수조사도 실시하기로 했다.
