Iran’s foreign minister says end to war on all fronts includes Lebanon but Tehran won’t give up nuclear programme; US president has reportedly talked to Netanyahu Iran’s official Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) has cautioned against media speculation about a potential memorandum of understanding to end the war, particularly on claims regarding the strait of Hormuz. IRNA reported that Iran will not surrender its control of the strategic waterway and the US will have no role in its future management. Contrary to some bizarre claims in the media, Iran in no way makes a commitment in this text to hand over its management or to restore the strait of Hormuz to the state before the military aggression of the US and Israel. The only point mentioned is the normalisation of transit through the strait of Hormuz upon the end of the war, the establishment of maritime security by the coastal states, the end of the illegal blockade, and the removal of threats to commercial shipping by the US and Israel. At Iran’s request, the US will have no role whatsoever in the future management of the strait of Hormuz. It has been made clear that the future administration of the strait will be based on an Iranian initiative and proposal, within the framework of a matter pertaining to the countries of the region. 증시불장에 ‘빚투’ 폭주… 신용대출-마통 다 죈다

시중은행들이 신용대출 한도를 대폭 축소하고 우대금리를 낮추면서 본격적인 대출 조이기에 돌입했다. 주식시장 ‘빚투’(빚내서 투자)에 많이 쓰인 신용대출과 주택담보대출을 중심으로 가계부채가 큰 폭으로 늘면서 금융 당국이 비상 관리 체계를 가동하겠다고 밝히자, 금융권이 즉각 대출 축소에 나서는 모양새다. 당국은 은행들의 대책이 효과가 나지 않으면 주택담보대출에 이어 신용대출도 일률적으로 규제하는 방안을 검토 중이다. 은행들이 대출을 줄이면 가계부채 부실 위험이 낮아지고 무리한 빚투를 줄여 증시 변동성을 완화할 수 있다. 하지만 전월세 보증금, 생계비 등 급한 돈이 필요한 서민과 실수요자의 대출길이 막히는 부작용이 우려된다. 하나은행은 12일부터 고액 연봉자 대상 신규 신용대출 한도를 기존 3억5000만 원에서 1억 원으로 낮췄다. 쿠팡 집단분쟁 조정 재개… 26일까지 추가접수

쿠팡이 대규모 개인정보 유출로 정부로부터 과징금 6246억8100만 원을 부과받은 가운데, 잠정 중단됐던 피해자들의 집단 분쟁조정 절차가 12일 재개됐다. 조정 결과는 9월 안에 나올 예정이다. 이날 개인정보보호위원회 산하 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회는 쿠팡을 상대로 제기된 집단 분쟁조정 신청 2건을 하나로 합쳐 조정 절차를 재개한다고 밝혔다. 집단 분쟁조정은 다수의 피해자가 같은 원인으로 피해를 봤을 때 정부 기관을 통해 피해 구제를 요청하는 제도다. 지난해 11월 쿠팡의 개인정보 유출이 알려진 뒤 12월 피해자 50명과 1626명이 각각 집단 조정을 신청했다. 분쟁조정위는 올 2월 개인정보위의 쿠팡 조사 결과를 기다리며 조정 절차를 중단했다가, 이번에 제재 결과가 나오자 두 사건을 병합해 절차를 재개했다. 추가 피해자 신청도 이달 26일까지 받는다. 신청 대상은 지난해 11월 29일 이후 쿠팡으로부터 개인정보 유출 사실을 통지받은 이용자다. 단, 쿠팡과 이미 피해 보상 등을 합의
