이른 더위에 온열질환자 벌써 300명 육박…지난해의 1.5배

초여름 무더위에 올해 온열질환 감시체계가 가동된 이후 300명에 가까운 온열질환자가 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 18일 질병관리청의 온열질환 응급실 감시체계에 따르면 이달 16일까지 응급실을 찾은 온열질환자는 297명이었다.지난달 15일부터 전국 516개 응급실 운영 의료기관과 함께 온열질환 감시체계를 가동하고 있는 가운데 불과 한 달 사이에 약 300명이 온열질환으로 응급실을 찾은 것이다. 지난해 같은 기간(192명)과 비교하면 1.5배 규모다.올해 온열질환자 현황을 살펴보면 남성이 206명(69.4%)으로 여성(30.6%)보다 많았다. 질환별로 살펴보면 열탈진이 156명(52.5%)으로 절반 이상이었다. 열사병(60명, 20.2%)과 열실신(49명, 16.5%) 사례도 많았다. 온열질환은 폭염이나 고온에 장시간 노출될 때 체온 조절 기능이 한계에 이르면서 발생하는 급성 질환이다. 가벼운 어지럼증이나 두통, 근육 경련, 피로감 등을 방치할 경우 생명이 위험할 수도 있다.

대학도 ‘반도체 열풍’… 학과 신설-이름 바꿔 인재 유치 나서

국내 반도체 산업이 역대급 호황을 맞은 가운데 대학들이 대기업 채용과 무관한 비(非)계약 반도체학과 모집 인원까지 늘리며 인재 유치에 나서고 있다. 17일 진학사가 2027학년도 서울 소재 대학들의 수시모집 인원을 분석한 결과 반도체 관련 비계약학과 선발 인원은 지난해 297명에서 올해 359명으로 20.9%(62명) 증가했다. 반도체 관련 학과를 둔 대학도 2026학년도 14개교에서 2027학년도 15개교로 늘었다. 대학별로는 성신여대가 ‘융합AI반도체공학과’를 신설하며 수시에서 29명을 뽑아 증가 폭이 가장 컸다. 국민대는 기존 ‘응용화학부 나노소재전공’을 ‘에너지반도체화학공학과’로 학과명을 바꾸고 수시 모집 인원을 57명에서 79명으로 늘렸다. 이 밖에도 서울시립대 16명(12명 증가), 중앙대 18명(8명), 광운대 34명(2명) 등 각 대학이 전년도 대비 모집 인원을 늘리는 추세다. 반면 서울 소재 대학들의 반도체 계약학과의 수시모집 인원은 2026학년도와 2027학년도

VSCO launches Studio Pro mobile photo editing app and plans $500 per year subscription
