민간분양도 신생아 특공 신설

15일부터 민간 분양 주택에도 신생아 특별공급이 신설된다. 2세 미만 신생아가 있는 무주택 가구가 대상으로, 전체 일반분양 물량의 10%가 신생아 특공 물량으로 배정된다. 그동안은 민간 주택의 경우 신생아가 있어도 혼인신고 후 7년 이내인 신혼부부 등만 특별공급 대상이었다. 이 때문에 아이를 낳아도 혼인기간이 길다는 이유로 특별공급에서 제외된다는 지적이 많았다. 앞으로는 혼인기간과 무관하게 신생아가 있는 가구라면 누구나 특별공급 대상이 된다. 신생아 특공 물량의 30%는 전년도 도시근로자 월평균 소득의 160%(지난해 3인 가구 기준 1205만4021원)를 초과하는 이들에게도 배정된다. 소득이 높아도 아이를 낳으면 내 집 마련의 문턱이 낮아지는 셈이다.
